SHIPPING INFO
Due to the virality of our product we do our best to process all orders under 24 hours. Please allow 5-9 business days for you order to arrive once it is in transit
All orders are final.
REFUNDS, RETURN/EXCHANGES
We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. If the customer would like to return any item, then they are subject to a return fee of $5 the item must be in its original condition in order to receive a refund of the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Broken or Damaged Product: Please photograph the broken or damaged product that you received and submit a ticket here within 72 hours. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us here.
LOST PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and (or) file a lost package report.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Changes can always be made BEFORE the order has left our facility. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be re-shipped.
